Role Description

Client Relations Representative (Growth Path to Associate Advisor)

We're looking for a driven, client‑focused professional to join our team in a
Client Relations
role with a
clear development path to Associate Financial Advisor
. This is an ideal opportunity if you're passionate about helping clients and ready to grow into an advisory career.

  • Deliver an exceptional client experience through proactive service and follow‑up
  • Support scheduling, ACE Reviews, outbound calls, and client relationship activities
  • Identify opportunities in life, wealth, group, and commercial solutions
  • Build your skills through structured coaching, joint fieldwork, and ongoing training

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Relationship‑building skills
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced, tech‑enabled environment
  • Customer service or sales experience is an asset
  • Growth mindset and interest in financial services
  • Expertise in Client Relations and a commitment to achieving high levels of Client Satisfaction
  • Proven skills in Client Support and effective, professional Communication
  • Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software
  • Capability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Prior experience in financial or customer service-related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field preferred
