As the Bar Manager, you'll be at the heart of our bar operations, leading a talented team, crafting exceptional drinks, and ensuring every guest has a top-notch experience. With your mixology expertise and strong leadership skills, you'll take our bar service to the next level.
What You'll Be Doing:Overseeing Bar Operations: Lead all aspects of the bar, ensuring smooth, efficient service and maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Creating Cocktail Features & Drink Specials: Craft unique, seasonal, and inventive drink features & menus that keep guests coming back for more while boosting revenue.
Scheduling: Having a strong understanding of staff scheduling and ability to communicate clearly in regards to the needs of the bar team, ensuring we're fully staffed for peak hours, prep work and special events.
Providing Stellar Customer Service: Handle customer concerns with grace and professionalism, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborating with Management: Work closely with our General Manager and Head Chef to create seamless communication between the bar and kitchen, ensuring smooth operations during every service.
Managing Inventory: Keep an eye on bar inventory levels, perform regular checks, and place orders as needed to keep everything running smoothly.
Event Planning & Coordination: Help plan and execute private parties, promotions, and special events, making sure bar services exceed expectations.
Leading & Mentoring Your Team: Inspire, train, and support your bar staff, ensuring a fun, productive work environment and high levels of service.
Ensuring Compliance: Stay on top of liquor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies to keep everything running safely and smoothly.
What We're Looking For:Experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role in a high-energy, high-volume bar or restaurant.
Mastery of mixology and bar equipment, and a passion for creating unique and exciting cocktails.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with guests and inspire your team.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle administrative tasks while leading the operational side of the bar.
A cool head under pressure and the ability to manage the busiest shifts with ease and positivity.
Experience with inventory management and cost control – keeping the bar profitable while ensuring the highest quality.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.
