Please note: Only those with previous experience as a Class 1/AZ DRIVER RECRUITER will be considered for this role.

With the continued growth in the industry, Scotlynn is currently hiring a Bilingual Driver Recruiter for a remote position in Quebec. This role is for a bilingual (French/English) individual with exceptional communication skills and a thorough understanding of the transportation industry.

THE ROLE

Scotlynn is growing and is need of additional support for our Driver Recruiting Team in Quebec. This role will be remote position with a weekly commitment to meet with applicants in a shared, public space. As someone with transportation industry experience you will use hiring websites, trade shows, social media and your extensive network to attract and retain new drivers.

ABOUT YOU

Successful Scotlynn Candidates Are:

  • Bilingual: Written and verbal fluency in both French and English
  • Experienced in working in the transportation industry, preferably in recruitment
  • Experienced in providing fast and effective support related to trucking and dispatch inquiries
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Self-driven

HOW YOU'LL SUCCEED WITH SCOTLYNN

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Solid knowledge of computers, social media
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel is a must
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Laptop provided

YOUR COMMITMENT

  • This is a full-time, permanent role
  • Work from 8 am - 5 pm Monday-Friday, with occasional need for afterhours and weekends to support hiring events
