Overview Job Title: Bilingual Recruitment CoordinatorLocation: Montreal, QC (Onsite)Duration: 6 + Months As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will provide recruitment and administrative/logistical support to a team of Recruitment professionals to help drive our recruiting initiatives. Leveraging your high degree of accuracy and good judgment, you will review resumes, coordinate interviews, prepare offer letters and reports and maintain recruiting data. You will interact with hiring leaders, business partners, and vendors. You will also be integral in creating a seamless candidate experience throughout the full recruitment life cycle. Responsibilities Post, update, renew, un-post, close High Volume requisitions Resume review for High Volume roles Coordinate candidate interviews and provide confirmations Effectively and efficiently manage the end-to-end High Volume cohort process Timely communicate with candidates to ensure all required information to start the onboarding process is accurate Prepare offer letters and process any HR forms, as required, for all Insurance roles Partner with key stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks & smooth candidate onboarding experience Deliver an exceptional recruitment experience to all candidates and partners Identify and recommend areas for simplification and efficiency Participate in recruitment events or projects/initiatives as needed Must-have Skills Minimum 1 year of professional experience (could include internship experience or similar experience in an office environment) Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly serve our clients and do business with Client partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs. Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English and French Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships Demonstrated attention to detail coupled with problem solving and critical thinking skills Proficiency with MS office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet/social media skills Strong organizational and analytical skills Nice-to-have Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management or related discipline 1 year of related work experience in Human Resources Experience in an everchanging, fast-paced environment Mindlance Consulting Inc.
