Looking for a
Bilingual Recruiter
to support
high-volume recruitment
efforts primarily for
Call Centre roles
. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within a leading financial institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end high-volume recruitment for CLIENT'S Call Centre positions.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to meet recruitment needs.
  • Leverage ATS and CRM systems to manage candidate pipeline effectively.
  • Maintain strong candidate experience through professional communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Provide regular updates on hiring progress and participate in recruitment debriefs.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Fully bilingual in
    English and French
    (verbal & written)
  • 1+ year
    of
    high-volume recruitment
    experience
  • 1+ year
    experience with
    Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office Suite
    (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with
    Workday
  • Background in recruitment within financial services or call centres
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
