Pacific Law Group is a team of accomplished and experienced litigators who focus on exceptional client service in a collegial work environment. We handle many complex litigation files and frequently appear in both the S.C.B.C. and the B.C.C.A. We are in new, attractive premises in the centre of downtown Vancouver and within one block of the Law Courts.

We are seeking a full-time intermediate to senior legal administrative assistant. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an insurance defense or personal injury litigation firm is an asset.

The position is suitable for an experienced, well-organized team player who has a positive attitude, is a good communicator, and is pro-active with file management. Experience with PC Law and Microsoft Office is an asset.

Duties include: drafting form letters and documents; scheduling appointments with experts, clients, and opposing counsel; scheduling discovery, trial, and other court dates; maintaining a calendar and reminder system for tasks and appointments; preparing application records; filing and typing; assisting with trial preparation; maintaining and updating trial binders; and to assist where needed.
