Job Summary

Calling warm leads, (clients that are already expecting a call about a long distance move) scheduling video walkthroughs with the owner of the business

Responsibilities

  • Line up as many video walkthroughs as possible or in person walkthroughs for Dan (the owner) to work on selling our long distance moving services to them
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Support sales efforts by coordinating appointments and follow-ups.
  • Manage existing accounts by maintaining relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Utilize SmartMoving for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for business development.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Experience in outside sales or business development is preferred.
  • Proficient in account management practices to maintain client relationships effectively.
  • Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
