Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk

Location: Toronto, ON

Experience: 4+ years

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000

An established, full-service law firm with a strong presence in Toronto is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk to support a busy real estate practice. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing complex transactions from start to finish and thrive in a collaborative, well-supported legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare commercial real estate documents, including agreements, leases, and closing materials
  • Conduct title and off-title searches and prepare title summaries
  • Coordinate closings with all involved parties including lenders, municipal offices, and clients
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups on files

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial real estate law
  • Strong knowledge of Teraview, title search platforms, and real estate closing procedures
  • Excellent drafting, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple files independently with strong attention to detail
