Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in making Jamaican food, with a passion for food production and management. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, menu planning, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. The main dishes we are looking to make is Jerk Chicken and Jerk Pork and Curry Goat
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service during peak hours.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing training, guidance, and support to foster professional development.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to sanitation guidelines.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Chef in Jamaican Cuisine
- Make Good food
- Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management and shift management.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and food handling practices.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $3,000.00 per month
