Role Description
We are seeking an
Independent Sales Organization (ISO) Officer
who will be saddled with the responsibility of supporting the company's business funding operations by managing broker relationships, onboarding new brokers, and helping close funding deals. Your role will serve as a link between our company and the ISO network, ensuring brokers feel supported and equipped to bring in quality opportunities.
Duties
- Build strong working relationships with existing brokers and keeping them updated on product offerings, guidelines, and approval requirements
- Help secure commitments from brokers and merchants to finalize deals
- Flag trends, bottlenecks, or high-value relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
- Monitor broker activity and deal flow
- Vet and onboard new brokers into the ISO network
- Review incoming deals with brokers and guide them on strengthening applications
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, lending, merchant cash advance, or broker relationship management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build trust with partners in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable reviewing financial documents and deal packages
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple brokers at once
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM systems.
