Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Insurance Broker located in the Greater Edmonton Metropolitan Area. The Insurance Broker will engage with clients to assess their insurance needs, provide tailored recommendations, and deliver exceptional service. They will work to identify and implement coverage options, handle customer inquiries, assist with claims, and retain clients through outstanding service and expertise. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Insurance Brokerage and general Insurance practices
  • Knowledge of Finance and Retirement Planning
  • Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in insurance and brokerage
  • Experience with Alberta insurance regulations is an asset
  • A Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
