With support centers based in Richmond Hill and Toronto, My Insurance Broker is dedicated to providing better pricing, coverage, and service. Role Description This is a full‑time remote role for an Insurance Broker on 100% commission‑based income. The Insurance Broker will assist clients in identifying insurance options to meet their unique needs by providing tailored solutions, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partner insurance companies, and ensuring excellent overall customer service. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include assessing clients’ coverage requirements, advising on various coverage options, and responding to customer inquiries to support their insurance needs. Qualifications Strong understanding of insurance practices and policies Knowledge of EPIC and Compu‑Quote is an asset Exceptional customer‑service skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills Relevant licenses, certifications, or accreditations in insurance and financial services are a plus Proficiency in industry‑standard tools and software is advantageous Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‑time Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
