Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
  • Present menus, provide recommendations, and take food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining proper presentation standards.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
  • Process payments using the POS system efficiently while ensuring accuracy in transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely preparation of orders.
  • Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure guest safety.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the menu, including food, drinks, and specialty dips.
  • Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks while keeping service smooth and professional.
  • Uphold food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.
  • Keep service areas clean, organized, and stocked.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
  • Smart Serve certification is an asset.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
