We're looking for a Production Coordinator to join our Chocolate Operations team based in the 2777 Kingsway office in Vancouver, BC. This individual will report to the Production Manager.

Job Overview: The Production Coordinator will have the responsibility to support activities for Production Office. They will be responsible for preforming transactions to edit and close production work orders and maintain system inventory accuracy.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Prepare releases, prints, organize and distribute daily production work orders to the production team
  • Follow up after submission of completed work orders and communicate outstanding orders daily
  • Enter labour information in the company's database
  • Assist in publishing and distributing reports required by the operations team
  • Perform data entry functions
  • Print labels and forms as required by the operations team
  • Perform back up duties for Operations Support Assistant
  • Create and post labour schedule
