Production Coordinator

- Assist in the scheduling and coordination of day-to-day production activities.

- Support team leads in managing the workflow and tracking production timelines.

- Facilitate communication between artists, supervisors, and other departments to ensure production goals are met.

- Maintain detailed records of production progress, including updates in Shotgun.

- Organize and participate in production meetings, documenting discussions and follow-ups.

- Coordinate resources and supplies needed for production activities.

- Identify potential issues in the production pipeline and proactively engage solutions with the team.

- Assist in preparing reports and updates for management and stakeholders.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in a production coordinator role, preferably in animation or television.
- Proficiency in Shotgun or equivalent production tracking software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of the animation production process is a plus.

Benefits

Pay Range: CAD $ 1200 - 1400$ per week
