Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring the timely preparation of high-quality dishes that meet our restaurant's standards. Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
  • Cook and assemble dishes efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
  • Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures to ensure a safe dining experience
  • Assist with cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
  • Support the team during busy hours by managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ensure all food is stored correctly and inventory levels are maintained
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is a MUST.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of meal preparation and cooking techniques
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings as needed
  • Passion for the food industry with a desire to learn and grow professionally
