Job Description:

We are currently looking for Junior Accountant / Administrative Staff to join our company this January 2026. Our firm offers a competitive salary and extended health benefits.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Maintain and update client records on a cloud-based system.
  • Monitor progress of client jobs and following up on its status.
  • Contact CRA or other provincial authorities on general inquiries related to topics such as GST/HST, BC Speculation Tax.
  • Full-cycle accounting which includes managing and reconciling the books of our corporate clients.
  • Prepare GST/PST/WCB returns.

A successful candidate will have:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
  • High levels of initiative and accountability with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage (desktop and online).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of CaseWare and Taxprep is an asset.
  • Ability to speak Cantonese, Japanese, and/or Mandarin is an asset.

Due to the diversified experience and education of each partner, we can provide a variety of distinct services that meet the wide array of need of our clientele.

We have an extensive range of corporate clients in the service industry, manufacturing, natural resources, media and communication, real estate, pharmaceuticals, professionals and travel industries. We provide a full-range of services from audit to compilation as well as income and other tax advisory.
