TRL Solutions is a full-service digital marketing agency based in Fredericton, NB. We work primarily with automotive dealerships, HVAC companies, furniture retailers, and blue-collar service businesses across Atlantic Canada and beyond.

Our focus is not "vanity marketing."

We build and manage real digital strategies that drive leads, calls, showroom traffic, and revenue.

We are growing our team to support that focus — and we're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who understands how and why digital marketing works.

About the Role

This is not a social media coordinator role.

This is not a junior "posting and boosting" position.

This role is for someone who understands digital marketing strategy, performance, and analytics, and wants to play a key role in shaping and guiding campaigns across multiple clients and industries.

You will work closely with:

  • Account Managers (client relationships)
  • Paid Ads Specialists
  • SEO Specialists
  • Agency leadership

Your job is to help ensure campaigns are strategically sound, properly structured, and clearly explained — both internally and externally.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Strategy & Performance Oversight

  • Review and understand client campaigns across:
  • Google Search, P-Max, VLA's & Display, etc
  • Meta (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, etc
  • SEO
  • Analytics (GA4)
  • Understand campaign goals, funnel structure, and KPIs
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities
  • Help guide budget allocation and channel strategy

Internal Strategy Support

  • Act as a strategic resource for Account Managers
  • Help translate performance data into clear talking points
  • Support internal reviews and campaign planning
  • Provide direction and clarity to execution specialists

Client-Facing Support

  • Participate in client calls when needed
  • Help explain strategy, results, and next steps
  • Support confident, professional communication with business owners

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay current with digital marketing platforms and best practices
  • Help improve internal processes, documentation, and standards
  • Learn TRL's core industries (Auto, HVAC, Furniture) and their buying cycles

What We're Looking For

This role may be a great fit if you:

  • Have formal education in digital marketing, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Have hands-on experience with:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • SEO fundamentals
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Understand why strategies work — not just how to execute them
  • Are comfortable reviewing data and explaining it clearly
  • Can communicate confidently with internal teams and clients
  • Want to grow into a senior strategic role over time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $44,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
