**Digital Marketer / Digital Marketing Coordinator**

**Location**: Fredericton or Bathurst, NB

Expectation is that you will work from the office for optimal team collaboration.
- With the option of some work from home (to be discussed).

**Success in this position**:

- Immediate, seamless use of internal communication systems - Asana, Google Suite & Trello.
- Open to being creative with Marketing & Advertising (Strategy, Campaigns, The plan).

- Plan and develop project outlines with two key partners : Creative Director and Account Director / Digital Strategist.
- Effort to solve client issues that may arise.

- Provide guidance and support to the development team.

- Take leadership initiatives to maintain and collaborate effectively with coworkers and project management teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Advertising campaign management (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn)
- Help with Marketing & Advertising
- Ad trafficking
- Manage Social Media Channels
- Schedule Posts
- Monitoring publications
- Replying to messages on identified social channels
- Replying to comments on all socials channels to increase engagement
- Light form content writing

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French & English.
- Post secondary Education relevant to the job responsibilities or proven experience in all aspects of the job outline (minimum 2+ years).

**Willingness to**:

- Enroll in role specific courses - sourced by you or management (when applicable).
- Receive coaching.
- Develop interpersonal and soft skills when need is identified.
- Ensure accurate inputs and appropriate content before each project is launched/ live or handed off to internal collaborators.
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Join the Project Team for client meetings, be prepared for each meeting and interact with clients.
- Collaborate effectively with all members of the project team.
- Maintain professional relationships with colleagues and management to encourage an environment of respect and inclusion.
- Be on-time for:Work day

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
