The Lifemark RTW program provides interdisciplinary care for injured workers, in preparation for return to work. We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative TPI/BI Team Lead to oversee clinical and operational coordination across Traumatic Psychological Injury and Brain Injury programs. This role is designed to be 60% client-facing and 40% leadership-focused, requiring a balance of direct service delivery and strategic oversight. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership in managing team dynamics, optimizing workflows, and driving performance outcomes while maintaining high-quality client care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the team & our business while living our leadership principles of Pride, Trust, Growth, Fun, & Accountability.

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Your impact

As a Lifemark physiotherapist, you'll be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve their mobility, and achieve their health goals. You'll be more than a care provider; you'll be an educator, motivator, and problem-solver, lifting people up, meeting people where they are in their health journeys, sharing knowledge, and delivering top-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will:

  • Operational Oversight

  • Monitor active clients and assessment/program availability

  • Lead team meetings to support collaborative team discussions
  • Ensure scheduling efficiency across to optimize resource allocation
  • Plan staff vacations and coverage to maintain service continuity

  • Clinical Leadership

  • Conduct regular 1:1s with clinicians

  • Provide clinical consultations and support assessment recommendations
  • Lead onboarding and training initiatives for new and existing staff
  • Review discharge planning and month end data reviews

  • Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with WCB

  • Handle escalations and complaints with professionalism and resolution focus

  • Program Development, Strategic Planning, & Compliance

  • Review WCB Scorecard & month end data. Use data to prepare summaries and action plans for improvement of service delivery in collaboration with other clinic leaders

  • Conduct CARF and chart audits to ensure quality and compliance
  • Review team report completion, incomplete charting, and HC form validation

  • Clinical Service Delivery

  • Provide direct psychological services including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure integrated, client-centered care
  • Maintain clinical documentation and contribute to program evaluation and outcomes tracking
  • Support service delivery across psychology programs

  • Clinician registered and in good standing with appropriate governing body (Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Kinesiology)
  • Experience in clinical operations and team leadership
  • Familiarity with TPI/BI program protocols and funder expectations
  • Strong background in training, mentoring, and program development
  • Proficiency Excel for data analysis and reporting
