About the Role: As an integral part of our interdisciplinary team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting children with a range of needs and exceptionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Working with Lead’s teams & families to achieve functional, developmentally appropriate goals for children and their families;
- Providing support in developing each child’s individual needs within a family focused program, either within their home or community facility;
- Planning, creating, and adapting materials and activities for each child;
- Acting as an ambassador for Lead.
- Work directly with children in their ECS programs, homes, and/or community settings.
- Exemplifying our values by being family-centered and child focused while coaching Lead teams, ECS sites and families

Qualifications:

- Previous experience and/or education in this field
- Current Criminal Record Check (within 6 months)
- Strong clinical skills in pediatric occupational therapy
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel to client locations.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $21.63-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
