Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will be passionate about all things digital, with a strong understanding of online marketing channels, data analysis, and a keen eye for optimizing campaigns to achieve business objectives. You will play a crucial role in developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurable goals for all digital marketing initiatives.
- Campaign Management & Execution:
- Plan, create, and manage engaging and effective digital campaigns from conception to execution.
- Oversee and manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) including keyword research, ad copy creation, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, automation, and performance tracking.
- Manage and optimize social media presence, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and web developers to produce compelling digital assets (e.g., blog posts, landing pages, social media visuals, videos).
- Ensure all digital content is SEO-friendly and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Analysis & Optimization:
- Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data-driven decisions.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments to improve conversion rates and user experience.
- Provide regular reports to stakeholders on campaign performance and ROI.
- Staying Current:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for adoption where appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- [X] years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on developing and executing campaigns.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools and experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

- Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Adaptability: Eager to learn and adapt to the ever-evolving digital landscape.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in campaign execution and data analysis.
Preferred Certifications (a plus but not required):
- Google Ads Certification
- Google Analytics Certification
- HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
