Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure productivity and quality standards are met

  • Monitor work progress, identify issues, and implement solutions promptly
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times

  • Conduct training sessions for new employees and ongoing development for current staff
  • Maintain accurate records of work activities and report on team performance

Overview

Burman Construction Group is looking for reliable and motivated Construction Laborers to join our outdoor construction division, Deckadent Decking. We specialize in high-quality decks and exterior projects and are seeking team members who take pride in their work.

Duties

  • Assist with deck building and exterior construction projects
  • Load and unload materials
  • Use hand and power tools safely
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site
  • Follow instructions from the Lead Hand and supervisors

Qualifications

-Construction experience preferred but not required - Ability to perform physical outdoor labor - Strong work ethic and positive attitude - Reliable transportation and punctuality - Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.77-$38.80 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
