Cleaning & Luxury Home Care Management Position

Starting Salary: $65,000-$70,000 (for the right candidate)

Are you a long term local who is a natural leader with cleaning and management experience?

We are looking for someone to assist us in handling the day to day responsibilities of our company, we are a Luxury Home Service company who specializes in Cleaning, Landscaping & Property Management.

Predominance of the position will be managing the cleaning side of our business, year around.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading, training, and hiring team members

  • Conducting quality inspections to our standards

  • Supporting scheduling and daily operations

  • Working hands-on in the field while multitasking when required

Qualifications:

  • Experience in professional cleaning and supervising/managing, we are willing to train the right candidate

  • Long term local who wants to grow with a local company

  • Strong customer service and has a great eye for detail

  • Ability to train, supervise, and motivate a team

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods

  • Valid driver's license
