Summit Cleaning is building a strong, dependable team to support our residential and vacation-rental clients in Whistler. We're hiring full-time cleaners who care about quality and want a stable, year-round role with room to grow.

We're a Whistler-based cleaning company driven by a pursuit of business excellence. We will strive for excellence in how our brand is presented, how our staff show up, and our reputation in Whistler. We serve a variety of short-term rental hosts and property managers. Our growth will be underscored by a relentless focus on delivering high-quality cleaning, building trust with customers as the brand strengthens its value proposition, and on our back-end systems for operating and measuring business performance. Under new ownership, the vision is to build a stable, well-organized, and scalable business where staff are supported, and customers feel confident relying on us clean after clean- year after year.

What You'll Do

  • Clean and prepare homes, condos, and vacation rentals to Summit standards
  • Follow detailed checklists to ensure consistency and quality
  • Work independently or in a small team, depending on the property
  • Report any issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor
  • Maintain cleaning supplies and company equipment
  • Ensure homes are staged, tidy, and ready for guest or owner arrival
  • Linen runs, laundry drop-offs, or inventory support

What We're Looking For

  • Reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in doing things properly
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clear checklists
  • Can manage time well and stay organized during busy turnover days
  • Positive attitude and ability to work respectfully in guest/owner properties
  • Physically able to complete cleaning tasks (lifting, bending, stairs)
  • Valid work permit required
  • Long-term Whistler residents preferred
  • A driver's license is an asset, but not required
