We're currently hiring a Raymond Reach Forklift Operator with proven forklift experience to support our receiving, replenishment, cycle counting, and overall warehouse organization. If you take pride in accuracy, safety, and keeping a warehouse running like a machine — you'll thrive here.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Operating a Raymond Reach forklift safely and confidently
  • Supporting receiving: unloading pallets, verifying counts, organizing inbound inventory
  • Replenishing pick locations and maintaining inventory flow
  • Performing cycle counts, stock checks, and inventory adjustments
  • Assisting with warehouse organization, cleanliness, and layout optimization
  • Using scanners and WMS tools to track inventory movement
  • Moving and lifting items up to 50 lbs as required
  • Supporting general warehouse tasks as needed to keep operations smooth

You're a Great Fit If You:

  • Have Raymond Reach / forklift operating experience (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
  • Are comfortable working at heights and maneuvering in narrow aisles
  • Understand safe forklift operation, warehouse safety, and best practices
  • Have experience with receiving, replenishment, or inventory control
  • Take pride in accuracy, organization, and maintaining a clean workspace
  • Are reliable, proactive, and communicate clearly with your team
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, structured environment

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have used warehouse management systems (e.g., ShipStation, ShipHero, or similar)
  • Have experience in 3PL, fulfillment, or eCommerce warehouses
  • Know how to identify inventory discrepancies quickly and solve them
  • Are comfortable unloading containers or handling bulk inventory
