Zenally Chartered Professional Accountants LLP is a Central Alberta accounting firm with offices in Red Deer County (Gasoline Alley), Innisfail and Lacombe. Our firm provides bookkeeping, accounting, advisory, assurance, corporate tax, personal tax and other consulting services to clients with varying types of businesses. Our clients are predominantly owner-managed businesses (corporate, partnership and sole proprietorship) as well as individuals requiring support relating to their personal taxes.

We are currently looking for an experienced receptionist. The position is permanent full-time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours a week). Although not regular, some overtime is required at certain times of the year. Our firm provides competitive compensation, benefits and is committed to ongoing professional development and education as applicable.

Responsibilities

· Greeting of clients in person or over the phone in a professional and courteous manner

· Provide administrative support to the partners and other members of the firm

· Processing of professional packages for year-end and tax engagements for our clients

· Address phone and email requests in a timely manner

· Carefully track movement of documents coming in and leaving the office

· Manage client filing deadlines related to workflow

Qualifications

· Excellent verbal and written skills with acute attention to detail

· Organized, sets priorities and is goal orientated

· Willingness to take on responsibilities

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment, at times under pressure, while maintaining a high level of accuracy

· Respectful and able to maintain confidential information

· Experience with Microsoft Office programs and strong computer skills are required

· Previous experience in public practice is a definite asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
