Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Freelance Bathroom and Kitchen Sales Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, design, and customer service, with the ability to create customized Bathroom And kitchen solutions that meet clients' needs and preferences. This role involves working closely with clients to develop innovative designs, manage projects from conception to completion, and promote high-end Bathroom and kitchen Renovation projects. The Bathroom & Kitchen Designer will utilize their expertise using their own CAD software and use their negotiation skills to deliver exceptional service and drive sales growth.

Duties

  • Consult with clients thru virtual consultant to understand their Bathroom and Kitchen renovation goals, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Prepare for in person sales design consultation
  • Create detailed Bathrooms and Kitchen 2D and 3D designs using SketchUp, CAD, design 2020 or any other design tools available.
  • Present product demos and visual design concepts to clients, highlighting features and benefits using company suppliers catalogs
  • Assist customers with product selection, upselling premium options, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage account details through POS/ CRM systems and handle cashing procedures accurately.
  • Conduct inside sales and outside sales activities to generate new leads and expand existing accounts.
  • Coordinate with renovation and construction teams to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Maintain organizational skills by managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality standards.
  • Engage in marketing efforts by promoting new products, participating in merchandising activities, and supporting brand initiatives.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and personalized customer service.
  • Strong Leadership skills to drive sales
  • Create quotes for renovation projects using company CRM tools.

Experience

  • Proven experience in Bathroom and Kitchen renovation sales, or inside/outside sales roles, cold call lead generation.
  • Familiarity with SketchUp, CAD software etc..., POS systems, and product demos is highly desirable.
  • Background in renovation or construction industries is required .
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell effectively.
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse clientele.
  • Excellent communication skills in ENGLISH additional languages are a benefit.
  • Experience in pricing renovation projects , marketing, account management, enhances candidacy.
  • Prior experience working in renovation environments focusing on customer service is preferred.
