Role Overview
We're hiring a
Growth Partnerships Associate
to build, negotiate, and scale partnerships that bring new users into the SharpStakes ecosystem.
This is not an Account Executive role.
You will work directly with various audiences to for SharpStakes to activate on.
What You'll Own
1. Deal Sourcing & Pipeline Building
- Identify high-potential partners
- Analyze audience quality, reach, and conversion potential.
2. Partnership Negotiation & Closing
- Pitch SharpStakes to potential partners using data, storytelling, and incentives.
- Structure deals
- Negotiate contracts in collaboration with the leadership team.
3. Distribution Strategy
- Architect funnels for each partner (email sends, QR codes, social posts, website banners, events, UGC).
4. Relationship & Account Ownership
- Become the day-to-day point of contact for partners.
- Provide guidance, support, and tactical playbooks.
- Ensure every partner drives consistent activity and growth.
5. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor partner traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Build dashboards and weekly updates to highlight wins / opportunities.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum partner output.
6. Growth Innovation
- Identify new distribution verticals we haven't tapped yet.
- Bring creative, out-of-the-box partnership concepts to the table.

Must-Have Skills
- Strong outbound and negotiation skills
- Clear communication and storytelling
- Ability to build and manage a pipeline
- Creative thinking around distribution and monetization
- Comfort with rev-share and performance-based deal structures
- High ownership, no-ego, execution-driven attitude
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in iGaming, affiliates, creator economy, or sports
- Understanding of CPAs, LTV, conversion funnels, and audience dynamics
