Hours: 4 nights on 4 nights off rotation

Classification: CDSW

Summary:

  • This position is a 4 on 4 off rotation. Staff must be able to fulfill entire rotation including weekends and STAT holidays their rotation falls on. Staff support two individuals with medication administration, hygiene including home cleaning, laundry, cooking and cleaning.
  • The position is 6 hours rest, 6 hours awake supports. Staff are required to complete daily documentation and tracking on Share Vision, attend staff meetings and access SASH work emails on shift.
  • Physical demands of the job include stairs, shoveling walk/driveway, lawn care, and home cleaning.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Disability Supports and/or related education preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Experience providing personal care and behavioral supports required.
  • A clear criminal record check including the vulnerable sector is required.
  • Emergency First Aid/CPR, APRP, PBS, SIVA and Medication Administration certifications are
  • required or must be obtained within 90 days, training provided through agency or provide your current certification.
  • Reliable vehicle, class 5 driver's license, clean drivers abstract, and $2,000,000 liability required.
  • Experience with Outlook, Microsoft word, and computer use required.

Salary: $ $24.27 This is dependent on education.
