**PEAK SUPPORT SERVICES Job Posting for Community Disability Services Workers**

Peak is a not-for-profit organization with a Lethbridge base that provides supports to people with developmental disabilities. Unlocking doors in our community for people with disabilities is Peak's main objective. These doorways include programs that aim to improve quality of life through the strengthening of skills.

**We are hiring for the R-Space Program**:
R Space provides services to people with developmental disabilities (primarily individuals diagnosed with FASD) who are also facing additional challenges within their lives. The program is considered a complex needs provider, as many of the individuals can present high-risk lifestyles that require the assistance of multiple community resources and the use of risk mitigation strategies. This program incorporates an outreach model of support services along with planned activities, drop-in services and scheduled individual appointments. The R Space program strives to create a safe, welcoming environment where individuals feel a sense of belonging

**To be eligible for R-Space, Weekdays evening and weekend availability is required (supports are provided Monday to Sunday, from 8:30am to 9:30 pm)

The starting wage is between **$18.98** per hour. You get paid more per hour if you work evenings and weekends The benefits of working for our agency are:

**Requirements are**:

- a valid class 5 driver’s license
- a reliable vehicle to use for work purposes
- Clean Criminal Record Check

**Salary**: $18.84 or 18.98/hour
