JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic, innovative leader to join our Management Team as the Manager of Service Navigation and Capacity Development. In this role, you will:
- Provide strategic leadership for intake, admission, and placement functions across all CLCY service streams.
- Oversee and refine intake systems to ensure timely assessments, consistent documentation, and smooth service transitions.
- Lead eligibility reviews, needs and risk assessments, and guide placement decisions with consideration of behavioral, medical, social, and environmental factors.
- Monitor service capacity, utilization trends, and waitlists; prepare data insights and recommendations for leadership planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with DSO, schools, community partners, and referral sources to support seamless service pathways.
- Deliver clear, compassionate communication and customer service to individuals, families, and caregivers throughout the intake process.
- Collaborate with program managers and leadership to align intake decisions with readiness, support needs, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Champion continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve data workflows, and enhance use of technology.
- Ensure compliance with QAM, SIPDDA, and internal policies while promoting a culture of safety, inclusion, and accountability.
- Support budgeting and resource planning by analyzing service trends, staffing needs, and capacity pressures.
- Participate in sector committees, community outreach, and the leadership on-call rotation.

REPORTING TO: Director, Community Partnerships, Innovation and Social Enterprise
HOURS: 37.5 hours per week (Hybrid and Compressed Work Week Opportunities)
STATUS: Full Time (Permanent)
SALARY: $76,000 – $88,000 (plus benefits and pension)

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Social Services, Developmental Services, Psychology, or related field.
- 5–7 years' experience in developmental services, including intake coordination and service planning.
- 2–3 years' supervisory or leadership experience.
- Knowledge of QAM, SIPDDA, MCCSS requirements, and DSO processes.
- Strong assessment, communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with AIMS, Microsoft Office, and case management systems.
- Ability to lead process improvements in a dynamic environment.
- Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) Required (must be valid within 6 months of hire date)
- Good judgment skills and the ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
