We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Biller to join our healthcare team. The Medical Biller is responsible for managing patient billing, ensuring accurate claim submissions, following up on unpaid claims, and handling insurance reimbursements. This role is essential to maintaining the financial health of the practice by ensuring timely and accurate payment for services rendered.

What you can expect when joining the team:
As a key member of our Medical Billing team, you'll help ensure that every part of the billing cycle runs smoothly—from claim submission to reconciliation. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues, contribute to shared goals, and take ownership of specific files and tasks.

What your day-to-day will look like:
Submit and process billing claims with speed and accuracy, ensuring all data is entered correctly;
Assign and verify diagnostic codes with a strong eye for detail and compliance;
Reconcile submitted claims, identifying discrepancies and resolving them proactively;
Manage data entry for both paper-based and electronic claims, handling sensitive information with care;
Support administration, assisting with ad-hoc tasks and collaborating across teams when needed.

Prior experience in the medical field, transcription, or medical administration (strong asset);
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
