The Opportunity

We are seeking
outgoing and energetic CSRs
– both
English‑only
and
Bilingual (English/French)
– to join the Toronto team. This role is ideal for entry‑level candidates eager to build a career in customer service or sales, as well as those with prior experience in customer service, sales, or a strong interest in sports.

What you'll do:

  • Manage custom and stock product orders
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and customer inquiries
  • Support sales representatives with order entry and collateral materials
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure seamless communication
  • Collaborate with teammates in a fast‑paced, supportive environment

Who you are:

  • Passionate about sports and customer service
  • Bilingual candidates: fluent in English & French (CEFR C1+)
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to multitask under pressure
  • Tech‑savvy with MS Office; CRM experience (Salesforce) is an asset
  • A self‑starter with strong communication skills and a positive attitude
