Hello

We're FobToronto, the leading key fob copying service in downtown Toronto. We're currently hiring a customer service representative located in our downtown office storefront. Applications are ONLY to be done over this Indeed Job posting.

We need somebody who provides excellent customer service, has the ability to negotiate with different customers to ensure a good deal for both sides of the service, and to ensure appointments are booked and to follow up with them after the appointment to ensure that the key fobs provided are working. We will also occasionally have some data analysis for this role to make actionable insights to ensure the business is moving in the right direction.

Friday - Sunday schedule with a $20 per hour as the pay rate, plus tips. Expected to start Mid December.
