Schneider Electric has an outstanding opportunity for a passionate and motivated individual to assume the role of Project Coordinator in our Dollard-des-Ormeaux location.

What will you do?

The Project Coordinator, will support Project Managers providing assistance in the following areas:

  • Prepare approval, record and "as build" drawing packages for customers;
  • Create project and quotations folders and save relevant documents;
  • Complete and manage project documentation support for all project managers;
  • Manage e-mail inboxes by creating folders for projects and saving all relevant quotation documentation;
  • Manage customer complaints;
  • Manage customers expedite request of stock items, tracking and Proof Of Delivery (POD) copies;
  • Complete minor changes on distribution panel Product Selector;
  • Complete and submit credit request per instructions provided by the project managers;
  • Open and manage tickets requests for systems issue in support of project managers.

  • Diploma/Degree in the electrical field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in a support/coordination role
  • Ability to read and interpret single line diagrams and technical specifications (asset)
  • Proficient Computer skills: MS Office (excel, word and Adobe Acrobat), experience with ERP systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Action oriented, proactive in prioritizing own workload and performing tasks independently
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Functional knowledge of English and French is required. Must be able to work with stakeholders located in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and internationally.
