Responsibilities
In this role, you will support supply chain operations by working closely with suppliers, internal teams, and logistics partners to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Key responsibilities include:
-Reviewing RFQs and working with suppliers to obtain competitive quotes based on customer requirements.
-Managing purchase orders, tracking progress, and expediting deliveries as needed.
-Coordinating shipments from suppliers to RT Prime's warehouses or directly to customers.
-Communicating with customers regarding order status, change requests, and delivery timelines.
-Collaborating with sales, engineering, quality and accounting teams to ensure accurate order processing and invoicing.
-Supporting day-to-day operational tasks, including document management and issue resolution, to ensure smooth supply chain execution.
Qualifications
-Strong organizational and communication skills.
-Languages: Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
-Previous experience in purchasing, supply chain, or logistics is an asset.
-Level 5 or 7 driver's license
