YOUR IMPACT
This position provides on the phone  technical support, addressing all problems ensuring delivery of consistent, quality customer service across the organization. This position also participates in white glove service for executives and events

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

On the phone communication and directionPeople skills in explaining and interpreting issues from users that may not know how to express what is wrongTroubleshooting issues with a user over the phone when they are remoteOffice product configuration and troubleshootingFront line hardware assessment and troubleshootingCommunicating with a teamEfficient and appropriate escalation of issuesRecording and reporting issues with proper documentation for escalationFollowing procedures and policies laid out for the teamTroubleshooting mobile devices remotely

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

English communication skills, both written and verbalCustomer Service Orientation and interpersonal skillsStrong independent problem solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work individually as well as contribute to a global team environmentProficient with both MAC and all Windows operating system software and hardwaretroubleshooting for all types of technical service requests and issues involving computers, all smartphones / tablets, enterprise applications / systemsOrganized with an ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentCapable of handling a challenging, real-time environment with strong and quick troubleshooting capabilitiesStandard 40-hour work week with a variable shift that will range between 8am and 6pm
