We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team. Duties

  • Assist the sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities through outside sales efforts.
  • Engage in negotiations with clients to secure contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Support B2B sales initiatives by conducting market research and analysis to identify potential leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies that enhance sales efforts.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing client inquiries.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client needs and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade clients effectively.
  • Strong business development capabilities, particularly in B2B environments.
  • Experience in account management, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and strategies that drive sales growth.
  • Knowledge of technology sales is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and performance data.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer interactions.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
