**Role:
Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, the clerk provides support to the sales area. He/She will be the key person in transmitting and receiving various information regarding our Optix products (logistics, inventories, orders, etc.) to our customers located around the world (Asia, Europe, America).

The main functions are:

- Manage orders, confirm parts in inventory and inform customers of delivery times;
- Reconcile customer documents with internal documents;
- Develop shipping schedules according to the delivery deadlines to be met;
- Respond to customer requests (inventory, billing, orders or any other requests);
- Collaborate with the logistics department to complete the various documents related to product shipments;
- Coordinate inventory and ensure stock management of Optix products;
- Prepare monthly sales reports;
- Retrieve technical documents from customer portals and then classify them for internal teams;
- Go to client portals to submit quotes and other technical documents;
- Work in collaboration with several departments: purchasing, logistics, sales in the coordination of shipments;
- Various other clerical tasks related to the position, such as: validation and data entry, forms, transport and customs documents, etc.

**Profile**:

- High school diploma, vocational diploma or college degree;
- Mastery of Microsoft Office tools (advanced level of Excel);
- Bilingualism (French and English), both oral and written;
- Experience in a manufacturing, production or engineering environment (asset);
- Knowledge of a sales process and delivery logistics (asset);
- Good knowledge of a production follow-up software (IQMS, O365) (asset);
- Comfortable multi-tasking; ability to adapt to many changing priorities.
