We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, along with experience in B2B sales and technology-driven markets. Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing outside sales strategies to expand our client base
  • Engage with potential and existing clients through face-to-face meetings, calls, and presentations
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships
  • Support business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities
  • Manage key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote products and services effectively
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress
  • Conduct analysis of sales data to identify trends and improve sales strategies
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales environments
  • Strong negotiation and account management skills
  • Ability to develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and strategies for business growth
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines
  • Excellent analysis skills to interpret sales metrics and market trends
  • Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable for engaging with diverse client bases
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor
  • Customer service orientation with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$18.40 per hour
