**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining strong relationships.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze customer data.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Support outside sales efforts by preparing presentations and sales materials.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for business development and account management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Experience in account management and customer service.
- Knowledge of technology sales, including technical sales concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with business development strategies and market analysis techniques.
