This position is based out of Stayner.

What you'll be doing:

  • Execute internal inventory Spot audits and perform SAP system health checks; generate reports and make recommendations based on results.
  • Perform process control audits to ensure warehouse teams are adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Spend approximately 50% of work time on the warehouse floor, supporting, observing, and reinforcing inventory control practices.
  • Monitor EWM/IM queues, warehouse tasks and orders, and staging bin accuracy as part of weekly system health checks.
  • Track and report on expired or at-risk materials, working closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure timely disposition.
  • Review Inventory storage locations transactions, identify discrepancies, and escalate issues to the appropriate business unit for investigation and corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular floor-to-sheet audits to verify consistency between physical stock and system data.
  • Troubleshoot inventory system errors in collaboration with the warehouse, QA, and production teams.
  • Coordinate and support physical inventory events, including planning, execution, and reconciliation as required.
  • Contribute to process automation, system upgrades, and inventory improvement projects that drive operational efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist with the planning and participate in cycle count audits and year end physical inventory audits as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Your Environment: (for production specific roles only)

  • Physically active role involving frequent walking, standing, bending, and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs).
  • Exposure to allergens and varying temperatures common to warehouse environments.
  • Overtime and weekend work may be required during inventory audits or peak periods.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a similar environment, preferably in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or manufacturing.
  • CPIM, PMAC/CPP, or other supply chain certification preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, with hands-on experience in SAP EWM/IM highly preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required; familiarity with Access, Power BI, or other analytical tools is a strong asset.
  • Solid understanding of inventory reconciliation, auditing principles, and process control frameworks.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
  • Adaptability to high-change environments and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to provide a clear Criminal Record Check.

We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment, and we welcome and encourage applications from people with disabilities and people with diverse backgrounds, identities, and cultures.
