- Perform process control audits to ensure warehouse teams are adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Spend approximately 50% of work time on the warehouse floor, supporting, observing, and reinforcing inventory control practices.
- Monitor EWM/IM queues, warehouse tasks and orders, and staging bin accuracy as part of weekly system health checks.
- Track and report on expired or at-risk materials, working closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure timely disposition.
- Review Inventory storage locations transactions, identify discrepancies, and escalate issues to the appropriate business unit for investigation and corrective actions.
- Conduct regular floor-to-sheet audits to verify consistency between physical stock and system data.
- Troubleshoot inventory system errors in collaboration with the warehouse, QA, and production teams.
- Coordinate and support physical inventory events, including planning, execution, and reconciliation as required.
- Contribute to process automation, system upgrades, and inventory improvement projects that drive operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist with the planning and participate in cycle count audits and year end physical inventory audits as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Your Environment: (for production specific roles only)
- Physically active role involving frequent walking, standing, bending, and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs).

- Overtime and weekend work may be required during inventory audits or peak periods.
You'll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a similar environment, preferably in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or manufacturing.
- CPIM, PMAC/CPP, or other supply chain certification preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, with hands-on experience in SAP EWM/IM highly preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required; familiarity with Access, Power BI, or other analytical tools is a strong asset.
- Solid understanding of inventory reconciliation, auditing principles, and process control frameworks.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
- Adaptability to high-change environments and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to provide a clear Criminal Record Check.
