Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales. Duties

Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on technology or technical solutions preferred
  • Demonstrated success in outside sales, business development, and account management roles
  • Strong background in marketing strategies related to sales growth
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and analyzing data
  • Exceptional analysis skills to interpret market data and identify new opportunities
  • Leadership experience in managing or mentoring sales teams is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with customer service principles to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
