Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing key client accounts, and expanding our market presence across various industries. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in shaping the company's sales strategy and fostering long-term customer relationships.

Duties

  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and analyze performance metrics
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to executive leadership for strategic decision-making
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies relevant to our products and services

Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on technology or technical solutions preferred
  • Demonstrated success in outside sales, business development, and account management roles
  • Strong background in marketing strategies related to sales growth
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and analyzing data
  • Exceptional analysis skills to interpret market data and identify new opportunities
  • Leadership experience in managing or mentoring sales teams is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with customer service principles to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
