Position Details:  River Stone is a leading Nurse Practitioner Clinic and Wellness Centre in Edmonton.  Our multi-disciplinary team of health experts collaborates to deliver comprehensive health care tailored to patient needs, improving health outcomes and patient satisfaction. We are now expanding our services to include medical aesthetics and are looking for an energetic, passionate, and self-motivated Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client consultations and collaborate with the Medical Director and/or Aesthetic Nurse to design customized treatment plans.
• Perform medical aesthetic treatments, including (but not limited to): dermaplaning, clinical facials, chemical peels, microneedling, microdermabrasion, and laser treatments.
• Provide cosmetic consultations, including treatment recommendations, pricing, and realistic outcome expectations.
• Deliver exceptional results while ensuring client safety and comfort.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-care instructions and recommend/sell medical-grade skincare products.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment, including sterilization of equipment.
• Support front desk duties when required, including welcoming clients and assisting with scheduling.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, training, and education opportunities.

Qualifications: 

• Part Time - Flexible & Adaptable - Evenings & Weekends availability (required)  
• Completion of an approved Medical Aesthetician Program & Laser Certification (required)
  
• Confidence with CRM or medical related software.
• Background in healthcare, wellness, or luxury spas an asset
• High awareness of the programs and services available in the community is an asset.
  

Condition of Employment:

• Security; proof of a clean criminal record is required;
• Copy of related Medical Aesthetician & Laser certification
