Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nail care and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our clients. Your expertise in various techniques and trends will help enhance the overall client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting the perfect shades and styles.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
  • Offer excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs.
  • Educate clients on proper nail care techniques and recommend products for at-home maintenance.
  • Upsell additional services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and esthetic laser treatments.
  • Assist with retail sales by promoting products that complement the services provided.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and new products to enhance service offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and customer service principles.
  • Experience in hair styling, waxing, laser machine handling, hair threading, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
