Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team at our Aurora, ON location. In this role, you will be vital in providing technical assistance and ensuring our network of dealers and clients receive exceptional support, aligning with our mission to providing unsurpassed service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers and internal teams via phone, email, and remote tools.
  • Troubleshoot technical, administrative, and operational issues related to medical equipment and related parts and accessories.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of support activities using computerized solutions.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical problems.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of medical mobility equipment.
  • Educate users on best practices for using our products.
  • Ensure timely resolution of support tickets while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in technical support or remote customer service roles.
  • Working knowledge of using computer software.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical issues clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
