3D Medicine: Customer Service Representative

HOURLY RATE:

$18.75/hr + 4% vacation pay ($19.50hr)

HOURS:

9:00am–2:00pm Monday-Friday

We will work along with you until you are fully trained to do so on your own. There will be an opportunity to increase hours.

Responsibilities & Role Description:

Executive Support

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of executives.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Order processing & customer service replies via email and phone
  • Call accounts for credit card information or updates
  • Maintain healthy customer & consumer relationships via email and phone
  • Politely reply with accurate product info to account & representative inquiries
  • Analyzing with scheduling appointments if required
  • Manage/maintain executive schedules: arrange meetings/ appointments.
  • Handle expense reporting and reimbursements.
  • May be required to aid in coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations.

Customer Service for Shopify Sales:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional, professional service.
  • Assist customers with order inquiries, product information, and issue resolution.

General Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings
  • Assist in seeking online vendors for quotes and supplies
  • Assist in planning in-house events, meetings, luncheons, etc.
  • Order & pick-up lunch(es) as needed
  • Assist with miscellaneous special projects or duties as needed (e.g., buying/sending gifts, organizing social events, assisting warehouse staff during busy times, etc).

Confidentiality and Discretion:

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace & Dropbox.
  • Experience with Shopify or e-commerce platform(s), Slack, Asana is an asset
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Trustworthy and reliable, with a high degree of professionalism.
