**Duties**
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution.
- Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate customer records.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services based on customer needs.
- Analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to address complex inquiries and ensure seamless service.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while communicating with customers in English or other languages as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve diverse customers.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- A proactive approach to upselling products or services when appropriate.
- Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
