We are seeking a proactive 
Marketing & Sales Development Coordinator
 to support our marketing and sales initiatives. This role combines content creation, digital marketing, social media management, and sales support to drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update website content (
    WordPress
    ) and create compelling marketing materials — including blogs, newsletters, one-pagers, and landing pages.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute 
    Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns
     across email and social media.
  • Develop and manage 
    social media channels
    , content calendars, and campaign assets to strengthen brand presence.
  • Support sales efforts by maintaining prospect and client databases, tracking follow-ups, organizing communications, and preparing quotes.
  • Nurture client and lead relationships to ensure timely responses and excellent customer service.
  • Compile activity and campaign reports to monitor performance and optimize results.
  • Assist in organizing and attending 
    trade shows
     and promotional events.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently and perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Business or Marketing Diploma
     with at least 
    2 years of relevant experience
    .
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools: 
    WordPress, Adobe Express, Canva, Microsoft Excel, Word, G Suite
    , and social media platforms such as 
    LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest
    , and others.
  • Experience with 
    SEO tools
    .
  • Familiarity with 
    AI applications
     is a plus.
  • Experience in the 
    medical sector
     is a plus.
  • Additional 
    languages
     and proficiency in 
    photography/videography
     are advantageous.
